Day 10 - Chewy Cookies and Cream Bars & Filled Cupcakes

Today in class we did two projects. We made chewy cookies and cream bars as well as filled cupcakes. To make the cookies and cream bars all you need is one package of Oreo's, 5 cups of marshmallows, and 4 tbs of butter. You can find the recipe here. We were so busy cooking I forgot to take pictures. :(

Second, we made filled chocolate cupcakes. We filled with vanilla pudding but you could fill it with anything you want! We used a large tip to hollow out the inside and then added the pudding. We then frosted the tip with a large tip and white frosting and topped it with sprinkles. :)
